Our car negotiation service has streamlined the car negotiation process. No lengthy phone calls required. To find you the best car deal on your next new vehicle, typically, all we need is the information required in the Save with a Car Concierge Application. So, please take your time and provide us with as much information as possible when completing our application. If we need any additional information from you, we will connect via email.
What happens after I fill out and submit the Save with a Car Concierge Application?
After your application is submitted, your vehicle and deal parameters are confirmed, and any applicable commitment deposit or service fee is paid, we release a car buying consultant to begin negotiating with dealers on your behalf.
Your car buying advocate will keep you apprised of all new car deals as they are received, via email or text message.
We will email you a summary of the top new car deals received, along with any applicable invoice for the Bandit Commission.
Before the dealership is disclosed, you will select the best car deal you wish to accept and pay any applicable Bandit Commission.
Once the Bandit Commission has been paid, we will connect you with the dealership contact and confirm that the car offer is as promised.
If the dealership does not follow through with its car offer as promised, your auto consultant will either continue negotiations or present you with the next best car deal — whichever you prefer — at no additional charge.
What if I need to edit information provided in my submitted Save with a Car Concierge Application or I change my mind about your car buying service?
If you wish to discuss changes to your Save with a Car Concierge Application or if you would like to cancel your service with us, please email us immediately at support@autobandits.com.
After your application is submitted, your vehicle and deal parameters are confirmed, and any applicable commitment deposit or service fee is paid, we release a car buying broker to begin negotiating with dealers on your behalf. Once dealer outreach begins, any applicable commitment deposit, flat fee, or Bandit Extras fees become non-refundable except as provided in our Terms of Service.
How long will the process take?
Fully vetting dealerships to find you the absolute best car deal could take up to one week after your Save with a Car Concierge Application is submitted, your vehicle and deal parameters are confirmed, and any applicable commitment deposit or service fee is paid. However, if you are in need of a vehicle within 24 hours or less, our car finder service can make that happen. Please keep in mind, if negotiations are rushed there may be a risk of not fully vetting all possible dealerships within that time and a loss in savings.

What guarantee do I have that I will receive the best car deal?
With our Save with a Car Concierge Guarantee, Auto Bandits works to secure a qualifying offer that materially matches your confirmed vehicle, location, and deal parameters and includes documented savings of at least $1,000 below MSRP.
With our Best Price Guarantee, if you are not happy with the new car deals we negotiate for you, you may take our offer to any other comparable new car buying service. If that service beats any portion of the lowest offer Auto Bandits negotiated for your vehicle and Auto Bandits cannot beat that lower offer, applicable refunds will be handled as provided in our Terms of Service, upon valid and verifiable proof of the lower offer.
For example, if a competitor is able to beat our lowest purchase or lease price, we will fully refund the Bandit Commission for that service. If a competitor is only able to beat our lowest warranty value, we will fully refund the commission associated with that Bandit Extra.
Under our Beat Your Offer Guarantee, Auto Bandits will try to beat your verified offer. If Auto Bandits is unable to improve your verified offer by at least $715, your commitment deposit will be refunded in whole or in part as provided in our Terms of Service.
