It would be hard to overstate how much help Nicole was as she guided us to our new car here in Austin. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, came up with a series of detailed lists of possible cars, responded quickly to new questions we had, and negotiated fiercely on our behalf, so that we not only didn’t have to spend any time in a dealership (other than to test drive potential cars), she got the car delivered to us for free from a dealer nearly 200 miles away. I’ve never bought a car through a concierge service before, and it was a revelation. Nicole is outstanding at what she does, and worth every penny (and more) of her commission.

Explaining everything in detail helped me a lot plus she had a lot of patience with me.
