Net savings for the Save with a Car Concierge Service/Guarantee is as follows: (1) for purchases and leases, the difference between MSRP and the lowest Bandit-negotiated selling price for your vehicle and (2) for trade-ins, the difference between the highest Bandit-negotiated trade-in value and the lowest trade-in value received, in each case regardless of whether Client ultimately selects or completes the transaction on such lowest or highest Bandit-negotiated terms, as applicable.
Net savings for the Beat Your Offer Service/Guarantee is as follows: (1) for purchases, the difference between the out-the-door price of your offer and the lowest Bandit-negotiated out-the-door price for the vehicle, less the net savings for trade-ins, if applicable; (2) for leases, the difference between MSRP-based savings (MSRP less vehicle selling price) of your offer and the MSRP-based savings (MSRP less vehicle selling price) reflected in the Bandit-negotiated offer, less the net savings for trade-ins, if applicable; and (3) for trade-ins, the difference between the trade-in value of your offer and the highest Bandit-negotiated trade-in value, in each case regardless of whether Client ultimately selects or completes the transaction on such lowest or highest Bandit-negotiated terms, as applicable.
